In order to extend festival greetings and show traditional Chinese culture to foreign teachers and students, on the afternoon of December 28, International Education Exchange Center held a New Year Tea Party. The director of International Education Exchange Center Liao Yibin, together with the general manager of the Logistics Group Yi Tieshan attended the party.
At the beginning, staff from International Education Exchange Center introduced Chinese tea culture and Spring Festival. After that, the students shared their experience in HGU.
During the tea party, Professor Wang Zhe, from School of Mathematics and Physics, was also invited to give a tea art performance. The performance provided the foreign teachers and students with a direct experience of Chinese culture and won a round of applause and acclaim.
Through such cultural activities, the university aims to help the foreign friends better involve in our university, gain better knowledge of the profound Chinese culture and become the bridge of friendship between different cultures.
